Privacy Policy for Crowns
Crowns ("the app") is a puzzle game for Android. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.
Information the app stores
Your game progress (current level, solved puzzles, best times, daily streak and settings) is stored only on your device. The app has no user accounts, and the developer does not collect or receive this information.
Feedback
If you choose to send feedback, a feature request or a bug report from the app, your message is sent over an encrypted connection to qdigital.dk and forwarded by email to Q Digital. It includes the app version and Android version, so problems can be reproduced. Your email address is only included if you enter it, and it is only used to reply to you. Feedback emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your message, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Advertising
The free version of the app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and information about ad interactions to serve, measure and personalize ads. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time from the "Privacy" button on the app's home screen.

Purchases
The optional "Remove ads" purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. The developer does not receive your payment details.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data deletion
You can delete all data stored by the app by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. You can reset your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. To have feedback you sent deleted, write to apps@qdigital.dk.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always available at this address.
